Groundsman Role – Winchester Drive Thru – 6am Starts

Overview

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work on weekdays and weekends, with shifts across early mornings and afternoons. Please only apply if you can meet these requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers.
• Prepare food, serve on the till, and assist in the dining areas to meet customer needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect; contribute as a supportive team member.

• Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
