Guest Experience Host — Fast-Paced Family Entertainment

Tenpin Exeter is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a busy family centre. You will handle reception bookings, answer questions, and spot opportunities while hosting events and running arcade and lazer-based activities.

You will work across departments to ensure fun and safety, with a focus on friendly, proactive service and a willingness to be flexible about shifts, including evenings and weekends.
