Theatre Front-of-House Supervisor & Duty Manager

Arts Council is seeking a part-time Supervisor & Cover Duty Manager to lead our visitor service team at the Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre. The role supports Front of House, Bar and Health & Safety operations, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

You will recruit, train and manage Hosts, brief staff on upcoming shows, and coordinate rotas. Strong communication and timekeeping are essential, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
