Regional Care Home Chef Manager (Flexible Hours)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a passionate Chef to support our care homes regionally. This role offers working days only and flexible hours across multiple locations, with autonomy to deliver hotel/restaurant standards and nutritious menus while avoiding long shifts.

You will lead kitchen teams, interact with residents, and uphold HACCP; training on IDDSI diets is available. A warm, resident-focused approach is essential to success in our homes.
