This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving strategic change, and ensuring delivery against scope, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

• Extensive project management experience within the insurance sector, particularly delivering underwriting-focused transformation programmes.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Knowledge of London Market and specialty insurance environments.
• Experience managing significant budgets and multi-year project timelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
