JOB PURPOSE:To assist the Regional Programme Delivery Manager (RPDM) in the effective delivery, management and co-ordination of the Major Adaptations design team, inclusive of design feasibility, specification and tender documentation preparation.

REQUIREMENTS:1. i) Possess a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent Level 6* qualification, in a Building/Construction related discipline PLUS 2 years’ relevant experience working within a Building/Construction functionORii) BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5* qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline PLUS 3 years’ relevant experience working within a Building/Construction functionORiii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development /experiential learning (e.g. NVQ in a Building/Construction related discipline, chartership in a recognised construction body e.g. CIOB or RICS) plus 4 years’ relevant experience working within a Building/Construction function (Please include dates)
