This elite US law firm is looking for a Funds lawyer 1-6 PQE to join their growing investment funds practice in London. This team is broad, non-siloed, and offers top quality work in this space.

They are seeking a high-performing, mid-level associate with both LP-side and GP-side experience, with an emphasis on fund transactions, covering primaries, secondaries, co-investment etc.

The candidate should come from a top UK or US law firm background and have strong academics.
