Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for an Weekend Inbound Call Handler for our Nationally recognised client in Swindon, SN3.

• 9am – 5pm Saturday and 11am – 5pm Sunday
• £12.71 per hour
• Ongoing Temporary position, with potential to become long term

About the Weekend Inbound Call Handler Job

• Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
• Provide excellent customer service while understanding the reason for the call and passing to the appropriate team
• Taking clear messages and passing to relevant colleagues

As an Weekend Inbound Call Handler, you will need the following skills and/or experience:

• Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment
• Excellent communication, customer service skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work independently during busy periods
