HGV Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Supervisor
Location: Hertfordshire
Package: 60,000 per year(24ph) + Overtime + Great Company Benefits
Hours: Monday -Friday (7:30am – 5:30pm)
We are looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Supervisor to work witha specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Fleet Company based around the Hertfordshire area.
Our client is looking for a passionateand dedicated HGV Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Supervisor to expand theirgrowing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for and be part of an industry-leadingcompany that looks after and values its employees.
Responsibilitiesas a HGV Workshop Controller / Supervisor :
- Maximise workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective job allocation.
- Lead, support and develop a team of Technicians.
- Work with the Service, Parts and Warranty teams to keep workshop operations running smoothly.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, documentation and manufacturer compliance.
- Ensure workshop equipment, tools and calibrations are up to date and compliant.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop.
- Assist with workshop jobs and support the team when required.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ISO and manufacturer standards.
