We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help deliver an exceptional food and hospitality experience within a prestigious global corporate headquarters in Slough.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll support a varied restaurant offer and high-end hospitality, including executive dining, plated dinners, evening events and client hospitality.
Daily footfall will range between (Apply online only) covers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys fresh food, values attention to detail and takes pride in consistently high standards. With a wide range of meetings and events taking place, the catering team will offer a wide range of dishes, presentations and service styles.
This could also be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie who is ready to step up and progress their career!
What you’ll do:
- Support the daily running of the kitchen.
- Deliver premium hospitality events.
- Help produce an exciting, restaurant-quality food offer.
- Deputise for the Head Chef when required.
- Support stock control, ordering and food safety.
- Coach junior members of the team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in quality-led hospitality or restaurant kitchens.
- Is organised, adaptable and reliable.
- Has a passion for fresh food and presentation.
