Operations Manager – Warehouse Leader & Lean Excellence

Arvato in Corby is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead one of our warehouse operations. You will drive performance, develop teams and deliver outstanding customer service, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Based at the Corby site, the role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £44,000 per annum. You will manage KPIs, coach supervisors and lead continuous improvement projects using lean principles to meet business objectives.
