TherolewillbedealingwithallExportandImportshipmentsfromstarttofinishwithin Airfreight,Roadfreight,SeafreightandCourier.
Duties:-
- Coordinatingworldwidemultimodalexportsandimports(Air,Road,Sea andCourier)
- Managingbookings,collections,transport,andliaisingwithoverseas agents/customers
- Preparingandprocessingshippingdocumentation
- Submittingimport&exportcustomsentries
- Buildingstrongrelationshipswithcustomers,suppliers,andpartnersto deliverexcellentservice
- Providingquotations,pricingjobs,andraisinginvoicesaccurately
- Handlingmultipleshipmentssimultaneouslyandcommunicating effectivelyatalltimes
ExperienceNeeded:-
- Importsorexports(orboth)withinthefreightforwardingindustry
- Excellentcustomerserviceskillswithaprofessionaltelephonemanner
- Highlyorganised,detail-oriented,andabletoworktostrictdeadlines
