A leading international law firm is looking to add a junior – mid level Tax associate to its highly regarded London tax practice.
The role offers exposure to sophisticated, cross-border transactional work for major corporates, financial institutions and investment firms. You will advise on the tax aspects of complex M&A, financing, funds, restructuring and real estate matters, working closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider transactional practices. The particular partner I’m working with on this role is a specialist in advising on the tax aspects of complex financing transactions, so some financing experience would be advantageous.
