Job Description

• Supervise responsive repairsand maintenance worksacross social housingproperties inthe Finsbury Parkarea
• Manage a teamof operatives, ensuringrepairs are completedsafely, efficiently, andto a highstandard
• Monitor work progress, quality, and productivityto ensure targetsand deadlines areachieved
• Carry out sitevisits, inspections, andquality checksto ensure compliancewith company standards
• Provide support andguidance to trades, resolving any issuesthat ariseduring works
• Liaise with residents, clients, and internalteams to ensurea smooth repairsservice
• Ensure all healthand safety procedures, policies, and industryregulations are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience workingas a RepairsSupervisor within socialhousing or propertymaintenance
• Valid SSSTS orIOSH Managing Safelyqualification (minimumrequirement)
• Where a tradeor management qualificationis held,evidence must beprovided
• Strong knowledge ofresponsive repairs, housingmaintenance processes,and compliance requirements
