Supply Chain Planning Specialist
Location: Northamptonshire (Hybrid)Salary: 39,750 – 43,250 + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Supply Chain, Production or Materials Planner looking for your next challenge within a global manufacturing business?
We’re working with a market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Planning Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring production plans, material availability and inventory levels are aligned to meet customer demand.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand.
Managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Monitoring inventory levels and identifying supply risks.
- Working closely with Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing teams.
- Analysing planning and inventory data to support business decisions.
- Driving process improvements, reducing waste and improving planning efficiency.
- Producing planning reports and KPI information.
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:
- Production Planning
- Supply Planning
- Materials Planning
- Manufacturing Planning
- MRP / ERP systems
- Inventory management
- FMCG or Manufacturing environments
You’ll also have:
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong analytical ability with good Excel skills.
- The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach.
