About the RoleAs a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will provide high-quality overnight support, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs of the young people we support are met throughout the night.
You will help create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment while maintaining accurate records and responding appropriately to any situations that arise.
