About the Role

As the firstpoint of contactforour patients, you’llplay a vitalrole in creatinga positive firstimpression of Envision Clinics. You’llmanage appointments, coordinatepatient journeys, supportour clinicians andhelp ensure thesmooth day-to-day running ofthe clinic.

Working closelywith our clinicalteam, you’ll providea friendly, efficientand professional servicewhile maintaining thehighest standards oforganisation,confidentiality and patientcare.

  • Welcome patients andvisitors with awarm, friendly andprofessional approach.
  • Answer telephone calls, emails and onlineenquiries promptly andprofessionally.
  • Coordinateappointments across Ophthalmologyand Aesthetics clinics.
  • Manage clinician diariesand help optimiseclinic schedules.
  • Guide patients throughtheir journey frominitial enquiry totreatment and follow-up.
  • Track new patientenquiries and ensuretimely follow-up.
  • Process payments andmaintain accurate financialrecords where required.
  • Maintain accurate patientrecords in linewith confidentiality anddata protection requirements.
  • Provide administrative andsecretarial support toconsultants and clinicians.
  • Liaise with patientsregarding appointments,procedures, investigationsand aftercare.
  • Coordinate communicationbetween patients, cliniciansand the widerteam.
  • Assist with generaloffice administration andensure reception areasremainwelcoming and organised.
  • Contribute to theefficient day-to-day operation ofthe clinic whiledelivering an exceptionalpatient experience.

About You

We’re looking forsomeone who:

  • Has previous experiencein a receptionist, administrative, customerserviceor patient-facingrole.
  • Is friendly, professionaland confident communicatingwith a widerange of people.
  • Has excellent organisationalskills with strongattention to detail.
  • Can prioritise multipletasks and remaincalm in abusy environment.
  • Is confident usingMicrosoft Office andlearning new softwaresystems.
  • Is proactive,reliable and ableto work independentlyas well aspart of ateam.
  • Has excellent writtenand verbal communicationskills.
  • Is passionate aboutdelivering outstandingcustomerservice.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience inprivate healthcare, medicalpractice, ophthalmology, optometry, dentistry oraesthetics.
  • Medical secretary orhealthcare administrationexperience.
  • Experience using appointmentbooking systems orpatient management software.
