Our client, a leading provider of specialist care, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children's residential home supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide a high-performing team and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
What you'll be doing:* Leading and developing a motivated care team* Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and maintaining high-quality standards* Overseeing care planning and tracking positive outcomes for young people* Managing referrals and admissions efficiently* Cultivating a culture of safety, support, and motivation for young people and staff
You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and therapists, to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
What you'll bring:* Proven leadership skills in a children's care setting* Strong understanding of SEMH needs and care standards* Excellent communication and team management abilities* Commitment to safeguarding and quality care
Required Education & Licences:* Relevant childcare or social care qualification* Appropriate safeguarding and health & safety certifications
Experience:* Extensive experience in children's residential care, with a focus on SEMH support* Track record of managing teams and ensuring compliance
