This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from 350 to 500 and inside IR35. You’ll have the chance towork within an Oustanding ratedresidential home in East Anglia.
As an Interim Manager, you will: – Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care. – Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals. – Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. – Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. – Liaise with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care. – Provide training and support to staff on specialised care techniques.

The ideal Interim Registered Manager will have:
