Sheltered Housing Officer

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Housing Officer for a 3 month contract situated in Manchester

The role as Sheltered Officer will involve:

– Providing a frontline service to residents across Dispersed properties across Greater Manchester

– Managing Compliance processes

– Supporting residents with Income issues

– Completing Heath and Safety checks

– Low level ASB issues

– Managing voids

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing experience

To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check
