Devon | Hybrid Working 32,000 – 40,000 per annum | Permanent, Full Time

Our client is looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their Housing Team in Devon. You’ll play a key role in creating safe, inclusive communities by managing cases relating to anti-social behaviour, nuisance, and hate crime.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of ASB, nuisance, and hate crime cases.
• Work closely with residents, housing colleagues, the Police, and external agencies.
• Investigate complaints and take action to resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer support.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in ASB, housing management, tenancy enforcement, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and IT skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and partner agencies.

Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the role involves visiting customers.
