Distribution Support Advisor

This role sits within the Distribution team and drives delivery success on The Wine Society vans and 3rd party carriers.

This is a permanent role and hours are full time (37.5 hours).

The purpose of this role is to ensure on time in full delivery of Members orders on both TWS vans and 3rd party carriers. Proactively rectify delivery issues as they occur, investigate exceptions and damages, and raise returns as required.

This also includes support distribution planning / administration activities, scheduling van routes and arranging special deliveries.
