A shift/team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice within the department. The post holder will deputise for the department manager as required., We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate, dynamic and experienced nurse to join our team as a Band 6.
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the dialysis unit as team leader as part of a flexible working pattern which includes on call responsibilities and weekend working.
