  • lude:Advising clients on the application of the UK and EU Securitisation Regulations, including analysing whether proposed transactions fall within the scope of the securitisation r
  • egime.Working closely with transaction teams to develop compliant securitisation structures and provide practical regulatory advice throughout the lifecycle of transac
  • tions.Advising on risk retention, transparency and due diligence obligations applicable to issuers, sponsors, originators and inve
  • stors.Preparing and negotiating risk retention documentation and associated regulatory compliance memo
  • randa.Drafting and reviewing securitisation-related regulatory disclosures for offering circulars and other transaction docu
  • ments.Monitoring regulatory developments affecting structured finance markets and providing commercially focused guidance to cl

  • law firm.Strong experience advising on UK and EU financial services re
