Cosy Club Cardiff Bay is seeking a Head Chef to lead and mentor the kitchen team, delivering the Cosy standard from scratch and coordinating with the General Manager to shape the restaurant atmosphere. You will drive excellence across all services, rewarding talent and upholding consistent quality.
The role offers a base of up to £47,000 plus tronc (£7k–£10k) and bonus up to £5k, with overtime at the normal rate. This is a full-time, on-site position at Cardiff Bay.
