Job Description
You will work closely with the Hospitality Supervisor/Manager at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre, supporting the operations team and chefs to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks. The role is a 5‑day position, 7 am to 3 pm shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers and guests, and clearing throughout event.
- Ensuring clean furniture, dining tables and chairs and maintaining presentation.
- Preparing hospitality food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces.
- Working independently, taking initiative without supervision.
- Providing excellent customer service with maximum speed, efficiency and a smile.
- Using coffee machines.
- Assisting with ordering and deliveries as required.
- Preparing hospitality requirements and reporting any missing items to line manager.
- Leaving hospitality rooms clean and tidy.
