The Dog & Fox in Wimbledon Village is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across a busy pub, hotel and events calendar. You will shape menus, drive seasonal menus and manage weddings, private dining and large events, delivering outstanding food every day.
You will lead a high-volume, quality-led kitchen with a focus on development, GP control and staff coaching, while embracing a diverse, food-led business under the Young’s umbrella.
