Reference: REQ0305Description: We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Museum Volunteer Co‑ordinator to join our award-winning team at the Museum in the Park. You will lead the recruitment, training and ongoing support of our valued volunteers – ensuring they feel confident, included and able to provide an experience for every visitor. You will:Recruit, induct and support a diverse team of volunteersAs part of the Front of House team be the Duty Manager on a rota basis and carry out front-of-house operationsMatch volunteers to roles where they can thrive and contributeDeliver training, guidance and ongoing development This is a varied, rewarding role combining people management, customer service and operational responsibility in a dynamic public-facing environment.
